Oh. My. Goodness. I love this new little gadget. I have had the Ninja Express Chopper for several months now. I have used it, exclusively, for chopping almonds to put in my yogurt, until the other day. I was making a ragu (that sounds fancy but it really isn't). I needed to chop onions, carrots and celery. I don't mind chopping onions, to much, but
chopping carrots and celery is not fun. I wondered how the chopper would do, since carrots are hard, celery is stringy and it didn't matter if everything was uniformly chopped. Well, you know the old saying, "a picture is worth a thousand words"? Here you go :)

The Ninja Chopper is a small, no frills chopper. It has one speed, go. |
This is after 3-4 quick pulses. Strings were no problem. |
I could have done more than one carrot at a time. |
Again, just 3-4, maybe 5 pulses and done. |
I am very happy with this little workhorse (I was not paid for this in any way, I just love this little gadget). I will use it more often now and for more than just almonds.
